"I was happy to have my first reiki experience with Clare. Not knowing what to expect Clare explained the process very simply. Moving from a massage into the starting ritual was very smooth calming and peaceful. Being surrounded by the sound of the singing bowl frequency I felt enveloped in a beautiful sound which made me quite emotional yet completely relaxed and ready to the experience.
It is hard to distinguish, exactly the energy I felt other than a calmness over my body and bubbles moving through my abdomen along with warm bands of colour in front of my eyes when I could sense Clare moving across my body. The closing ceremony was as significant as the start marking the end of a moving experience. The card pull at the end signified a significant connection which resonated greatly.
